Testimonials

Don't just take our word for it, see what our clients have to say about us.

I am thrilled. Everything changed today. I feel like you have given me the first few pages of an owner’s manual to my body for the first time, at 34. Thank you so much.
— Allison. H NM - Ehlers Danlos Client
The exercises have been going really well. My PT actually commented on how much more stable I am than even a few weeks ago.

Robyn is by far the best trainer I’ve ever worked with, and I’ve got a long and sordid history of training for both physical advancement and for working through injuries...Long story short, I began struggling on V1s and finished, 8 sessions later, projecting on V6s with no sign of injury.
— Jared A. Golden, CO - 5 Star Review from Yelp
Robyn is an awesome trainer. I have learned so much about how the muscles and body operate in our sessions. I feel amazing after our workouts and she is supportive the entire time. Highly recommend!
— Sarah W. Golden, Co - Facebook: Sasquatch Training
After competing in my first Body Building Competition, thanks for the support from my friends and family especially Robyn Fog...She made exercising fun and exciting again, at a time when I was feeling very negative about the gym.  I continue to be impressed by her creativity and dedication.

John "Record Blaster" Orth has got to be one of the most interesting men in the world. Not only does he currently hold the Guiness World Record for most pull ups completed in 24 hours, but he also unofficially holds nearly a dozen more including the most clapping pull ups in the one minute and the most two-finger (one on each hand) pull ups in one minute and more.

When John hit a plateau in his training for the 24 hour Pull Up attempt, he came to Sasquatch Training to help get his game plan back on track. We focused extensively on increasing his muscles aerobic reserves through focused cardio and conditioning work while minimizing muscle loss and metabolism damage.

There were frequent days he would be hitting 800 to 1000 pull ups; reducing the joint and tissue damage he was sustaining was a major goal. At the end of the event, after breaking the record, the only thing that kept John from going further was simply the skin on his hands. Everything else, his muscles, his energy, his spirits, were just as fresh as when he started. Every single pull up was golden until the last one.

Jake Murray - Wedding Photographer from Colorado turned A-Murray-can Ninja Warrior and multiple-time finalist on American Ninja Warrior.

Since his debut, Jake has become a dominating force in ANW and the UNAA winning podium spots nationally and earning a place in the "Wolf Pack," along side other heavy-hitters, Brian Arnold and Megan Martin to name a few.

We have had the absolute honor of training Jake Murray, especially in the realm of injury mitigation. Scheduling and piecing together his training cycles has been a crucial aspect in injury prevention and power progression. Ninja Competitions demand an incredible amount of stress on the joints, thus balancing stability work concurrently with power and strengthening is a key factor.

Jeff Glasbrenner’s motivational public speaking inspires people all over the world. His opportunity in life came at eight years old, on the day he was involved in a traumatic farming accident that left him a below-the-knee amputee. Most would call this a tragedy, but he considers this his greatest opportunity, which he chose to embrace by continually excelling at wheelchair basketball, triathlons, and by being a husband and father to two children.

When Jeff came to Sasquatch to help him train for his quest to the summit of Everest, it was very clear he did not need our help for most aspects of his training. Rather, we had a unique situation in which Jeff was concerned about his right leg strength and muscle mass. Climbing up 29,029 feet requires extreme muscle endurance in a hypoxic environment. Working on building strength and endurance in his leg became an interesting and motivating endeavor. After weeks away from his family, Jeff Glasbrenner made his ascent on May 25, 2016 and made history for the United States.
