Robyn’s Beliefs in Personal Trainer Hypermobility Exercise
A great personal trainer is only as good as their application of knowledge. Robyn prides herself on continuing work as a student of physiology and exercise science revolving entirely around Hypermobility Wellness. As a trainer, she attends workshops, reads current primary scientific research on everything related to hypermobility, metabolism, and hypermobility exercise modalities, and makes sure that she is on the cutting edge of optimal exercise technique symptom management.
Robyn is also in the process of writing an accredited continuing education course for Physical Therapists/OTs/ATs and Trainers on the physiological considerations of training the hypermobile population.
It is possible to carve out the time to be fit. She truly believes taking time to be healthy is equally as important as other obligations. It’s not about “finding” the time, it’s about doing something different with the time you have!
